Thank you for shopping at Amber Hartness Photography! I take great care in packaging and shipping your prints or other items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once processed, shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout:

    • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2-5 business days

    • International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 10-30 business days, depending on customs clearance and local carriers.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

  • I ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx for reliable delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Orders & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs processing delays.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item. We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of photography and all other items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. If you experience an issue, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
