Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once processed, shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout:
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2-5 business days
International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 10-30 business days, depending on customs clearance and local carriers.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
I ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx for reliable delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Delivery times may be affected by customs processing delays.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item. We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of photography and all other items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. If you experience an issue, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
