Hello, my name is Amber and Iā€™m a nature and landscape photographer living in the Midwest. My love of photography and nature goes back to when I was just a kid. My parents bought me a polaroid camera for Christmas when I was 12 years old. I went out to the wooded area behind my house and started taking pictures of trees, rocks, birds, and deer. Really anything that I found interesting. From here my love for nature photography grew.

There was a time I would look at captivating images of waterfall, mountains, and ocean waves and felt that those of the Midwest could never compare. I realize how wrong I was. Now I love to travel the Midwest countryside while capturing the beauty of this part of America.

For myself, the best part of nature photography is getting outdoors and exploring the world around me. I find the serenity that being in nature gives is wonderful for the soul and peace of mind. I use this feeling as inspiration for my work.

I hope to share my love of photography and the feelings of peace that come along with it.
