At Amber Hartness Photography, I take great pride in providing high-quality photography prints and other merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’ll be happy to help.
Returns & Exchanges
-Everything that is sold in my shop is made to order, ensuring that each item meets the highest quality standards. All sales are final. However, in the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, I am committed to providing outstanding customer service and will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
-If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refunds
-Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
-If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Cancellations
-Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, I begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
Shipping Issues
-I’m not responsible for shipping delays once they have been handed over to the carrier.
-Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
